Your embossed fondant cupcake is very nice. Am a novice in baking and just stumble upon your flickr photos and blog and am really fascinated by your expertise. Do you use a special type of rolling pin to create the embossed effect? Am afraid such type of rolling pin is not available in Singapore. :(

Any way, I really enjoy looking at the pictures. Am realy captivated by it. : )

Thanks Wendy. No I don't use a rolling pin on this one but I do on depends on the look I'm after.
Maybe try some internet sites to find rollers near you...or try scrapbook templates (fiscars) for press them into the fondant.

Btw, have not tried fondant covered cupcakes before. Is it tasty?
