Hello Kylie- I absolutely adore you cakes and think your style is so elegant. As a keen cake maker myself and about to make some wedding cuppies for a friend, Id really like to know what nozzle you use for your goegeous swirls? No matter what I use they never seem as large on 'defined'. Id REALLY appreciate it if you could give me a tip! Thanks, Bethan (bethanbevan@hotmail.com)

Thanks Bethan!
I use a "Thermo" brand tip (it's a yellowish plastic tip) & it's a star shape tip no.15. There are different sizes & I use a few different sizes. Sometimes I have problems with them being so defined too....but meringue buttercream icing seems to be the best for defined edges.(Google that or look at www.baking911.com)
Cheers.
