Is it the particulcar recipe you used to get such a rise, or is there a snippet of a secret you can share with us? Please!! Lol.

Some cupcakes dome better than others....it also depends on your oven temp & timing. They don't always dome perfectly so it's always a bit tricky.
Apparently a good recipe for doming is the Martha Stewart cupcake recipe.
