My 3 year old son is sitting here with me looking at your cows.... He wants one.(so cute)Did it take you very long to model them?

I'd love to know if you make your own alphabet embossers?
Could you throw me a hint as to how to stop rolled fondant becoming hard once on the cake?
It all looks so brilliant.

Thanks so much pudelflicka & tina :)

Bev thanks too...it takes awhile to do them..I never do get around to timing them properly..probably half an hour each minimum??
I buy my alphabet embossers though you can have them made.
With the rolled fondant..it depends on the brand. I use Orchard which stays soft & yummy where as another brand I used recently went hard pretty quickly. I know customers have told me when ordering from other plcaes they have to take off the icing because it's so hard...with mine (except for one occasion when I used the other brand) you don't....it stays soft.

Thanks Kylie. Half an hour for one cow is a pretty good minimum!
I shall use Orchard fondant...thanks again.
